Return Policy
At Sterling Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
Returning Your Purchase
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are permitted within 14 days of the original purchase when accompanied by the original sales slip. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and, where applicable, in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction booklets intact. The refund will be issued on the original form of payment.
Return Conditions
You have 7 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state to be accepted for return. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the original purchase when accompanied by the original sales slip. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and, where applicable, in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction booklets intact.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exceptions
Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be permitted on special orders, altered and/or custom items, sale items, estate jewelry, items designated under “as is” or “final” types of sale
Layaway Policy, terms and conditions
Articles may be placed on layaway with a minimum 20% deposit for a maximum term of 6 months, interest free. There must be monthly activity and the item must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. If we do not receive a payment in the 30 days we reserve the right to return the item to stock. Layaways cancelled within 14 business days will receive a refund. After 15 days the original deposit and subsequent payments will not be refunded. A store credit will be issued and may be used toward the purchase of other merchandise. Altered or special ordered items and completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable.
